YOGA: My story
Pilar’s love for yoga began around 2012 when she sustained a foot injury that left her with little hope she could be able to run again. Fortunately, she decided to try a yoga class and found some of the most amazing yoga teachers that sparked in her a desire to learn more about the practice. It was not until 2019 that she enrolled and completed her 200 TT at Yoga on High, Columbus Ohio. Highly influenced by her talented mentors she began to teach alignment-based style Vinyasa yoga classes and later on obtained her level 2 Reiki practitioner certificate.
Pilar teaches physically challenging classes where the students are encouraged to grow, have fun and explore all the possibilities the practice offers both on the physical and more sublte levels.!
